After a very stressful awful day I just want to thank you for all your help over the last 7 months. The solicitor messing things up after you had secured the mortgage offer for us was very upsetting. I will always recommend you to anyone. We have decided to sell the house to the buyer and rent it back for 6 /12 months. We will be able to improve credit rating and then maybe in a year’s time we are in a better standing for a mortgage and no house to sell. I wish you well Regards Victoria & Jason
